I've have been working at Wawa for 4 yrs and the first year was great but it's gone down hill since. It seems to me that unless you're a brainless follower you don't make the cut.

Management will mess with your hours, offer no assistance, no appreciation etc. Corporate needs to really step it up and stop only looking at the mighty dollar. We are people and we can spread the word just as well as a dissatisfied customer. I hear employees complain all the time about this issue.

So corporate would be wise to pay attention to their employees and stop turning a deaf ear to us. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Yes I agree,,there is a SERIOUS MORAL PROBLEM at our store in Brigantine NJ,the new manager is very CONDESCENDING and MANY EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HAPPY. CORPORATE DOES NEED TO RETRAIN MANAGERS TO TREAT EMPLOYEES WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. ...Instead of NITPICKING and looking for ways to *** off GOOD EMPLOYEES who are looking to further careers,,,WE ARE NOT KIDS ,and many of us take our jobs VERY SERIOUSLY,,,,CRACKERJACK MANAGERS WHO THINK THEIR SH$ร— DON'T STINK ,, is a seiuos problem with this company...
