Purchased a turkey club and the sandwich had NO TURKEY!!!! I was there before 11:00 am and it was not crowded at all.
I was already back at the office so I called the number listed on their website to speak to the manager and it rang off the hook. Another time I was there and purchased a $50.00 gift card, walked to the train station before I noticed the girl at the cashier didn't give me a receipt for activation and when I went on line to check the balance, there was no record of the gift card number. I had to go all the way back to the store and get it rectified by the manager and the girl who rang me up couldn't care less that she did that. Probably because she was going to pocket the $50!
These people need more training and/or they need to go! I'm done with this WAWA.
